About the Youth Education Programs

The Sex Respect Program is an abstinence education program that can be presented in a secular or broad setting for a variety of audiences.
The Love and Life Program is an abstinence/chastity education program that is intended for a Catholic or Christian setting.
On this website in the Store section you will find course materials, facilitator guides, parent guides, and student guides for these courses as well as Marriage Preparation and Pre-Cana materials.

In addition, Dr. Mast provides public speaking, keynote addresses, workshops and seminars internationally and around the United States and Canada for a variety of audiences on a variety of topics relating to chastity, abstinence, and respect. These seminars can help parents communicate with their children and help teach young people respect for themselves and others.
