About the Youth Education Programs

  • The Sex Respect Program is an abstinence education program that can be presented in a secular or broad setting for a variety of audiences.
  • The Love and Life Program is an abstinence/chastity education program that is intended for a Catholic or Christian setting.
  • On this website in the Store section you will find course materials, facilitator guides, parent guides, and student guides for these courses as well as Marriage Preparation and Pre-Cana materials.  


In addition, Dr. Mast provides public speaking, keynote addresses, workshops and seminars internationally and around the United States and Canada for a variety of audiences on a variety of topics relating to chastity, abstinence, and respect.
